Its unofficially National Single Mom's Day! I hear yah, Mother's Day is next month, so why are we having a separate day? Society doesn't give single moms the same respect as a married Mom. Society states we didn't do it right because we weren't married prior to conceiving the child. Yet, as a single mom we have more responsibility because decisions/input we would get from the male parent who isn't present or refuses to be accountable for his part and now the mom has the sole responsibility. So, celebrate by encouraging another single mom, reminding her, she can do it!!
