Its my understanding, single moms top concern is loneliness. One way to deal with this emotion is to express yourself. The expression doesn't have to be anything dynamic; it can be as simple as keeping a journal or diary. This allows documentation of the days experience without sharing private details verbally. The good news is, you can always revert back to those moments for that day and see it really wasn't as bad as it appeared. It will be a gentle reminder; it really wasn't as bad as it looked. Any negative experiences documented is future encouragement, you can get through any challenges.
